Important Notes for Reimbursement

1. System

2. Approval Requirement

Activities that wish to claim for subsidy must be officially approved by the Student Activity Division 7 to 14 working days before the event, by submitting the Student Club Activity Application Form and Activity Proposal in accordance with relevant guidelines.
→ The placeholder activity form created at the beginning of the semester for funding purposes does not count.
→ The club must actually host the event and receive formal approval from the Student Activity Division in order to qualify for reimbursement process.

3. Reimbursement Time & Location

-Deadline: By 5:00 PM on Friday, July 4, 2025 (Late submissions will not be accepted)
-Location: Student Activity Division
-Procedure: Bring all required documents and valid receipts to your club advisor for further processing.

4. To maximize the effectiveness of student club subsidies and protect the rights of all student clubs, starting from the 113 academic year, reimbursement performance will be considered as part of future funding assessments to ensure effective use of resources and fairness among student clubs.
